… Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the sale notice dated 19.12.2018 issued by the R-1 (Annexure-B) and also quash the entire proceedings under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act.
