2. Mr.R.Ravichandran, learned Government Advocate submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.08.2017, already preliminary enquiry has been ordered and pursuant to that a case in PE 303/2017/TNSTC/VPM was registered in Cuddalore V&AC Detachment on 13.09.2017.
3. Since the complaint of the petitioner is acted upon, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
