The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying to direct respondent to verify the certificates of the petitioner and further issue letter of appointment to the post of Graduate Assistant.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has registered with the employment exchange after completion of her graduation. The petitioner has received a telegram on 03.07.2012 at about 2 p.m., calling upon her to present on 01.07.2012 for certificate verification for the purpose of direct recruitment of unfilled vacancies to the post of Graduate Assistant. Therefore, the petitioner could not able to attend for the counselling on 01.07.2012. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

The learned Government Advocate has submitted after dispatching of call letters for certificate verification, the Board also released the list of candidates called for certificate verification with roll number including the venue for certificate verification etc., in the website of Teachers Recruitment Board for the convenience of the candidates. The averments that the communication was sent belatedly is not sustainable as other candidates who were sent the communication simultaneously have attended the certificate verification. Therefore the petitioner is not entitled for any relief as called for in the Writ Petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that in a similar plea, in the case of S.Amalorpava Anbukarasi vs. the Secretary, Teachers Recruitment Road, in W.P.No.8521 of 2014, by an order dated 03.04.2014, this Court has dismissed the Writ Petition and observed as follows:
.......7. Factually there was announcement in the official website, calling upon the petitioner to participate in the Certificate Verification. But she did not attend. Therefore, the petitioner was marked absent. The process of selection was completed and all the posts have been filled up. Therefore, the petitioner has to blame herself for not having closely watched the website. In such view of the matter, at this length of time, no relief could be granted to the petitioner. The Writ Petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
In the light of the above said order, no relief could be granted to the Writ Petitioner, hence, the Writ Petition fails. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
