Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent No.3 in opening a rowdy-sheet against the petitioners.
3. It is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the petitioners that the first petitioner died. So far as the 2nd petitioner is concerned, the 2nd respondent issued proceedings No.832/SDPO-N/2013 dated 21.05.2013 closing the rowdy-sheet against the 2nd petitioner.
4. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
