Buch, learned counsel appearing with Mr.Ruturaj Nanavati, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage with a liberty to approach the concerned authority for regularization of the land in question.
Hence, the petition stands disposed of as not pressed. It is also made clear that this Court has not examined the matter on merits.
In case, if any such application is filed by the petitioner, as aforesaid, the concerned authority shall consider the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law without being influenced by the fact that the present petition is not pressed.
