(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) There appears to be a question, whether the appellant is to conduct this matter as a party-in-person because an office bearer of the appellant-Association informed the Court Master that in place of Mr. (Dr.) Mukul Sinha, he is to conduct the matter as a party-in-person. Thereafter, before this matter could be called out, he has disappeared. In this set of circumstances, Dr.Sinha also appears to be disinclined to proceed with the matter, unless the question is clarified. Hence, Notice to the appellant returnable on 21.2.2012.
