No. 8 of 2011 on the file of the II Town Police Station, Nizamabad, and quash the proceedings therein;
And whereas, the High Court upon perusing the Memo of Grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to Respondent No.2, herein to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted.

Smt. Azma Zareen W/o Abdul Rahsee Thaher Zaimee D/o Sahed Hussain Sahab, R/o Boigally, Gajulpet, Nizamabad are directed to show cause as to why in the circumstances set out in this petition (copy enclosed) this Criminal Petition should not be admitted.
And it is further ordered that there shall be interim stay of arrest of the petitioners in Cr. NO. 8 of 2011 on the file of the II Town Police Station, Nizamabad, until further orders, as the petitioners are stated to be other relatives of the defacto complainant i.e., other than her husband and parents- in-law.
