Heard Shri Gulab Chandra, learned counsel for the applicant.
This petition is based on an allegation that although the applicant has been permitted to join pursuant to the interim order, responsibilities and duties attached to the post have not been conferred on him.
This Court notes that the Division Bench by an interim order dated 10 January 2018 only stayed the order of transfer. The petitioner thereafter appears to have been suspended on 20 January 2018 which has also been assailed by him by a separate writ petition in which on 1 February 2018, the order of suspension has been stayed.
Be that as it may, the Court notes that the order of suspension has neither been set aside nor quashed.
Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute that the applicant has already been permitted to join.
In view thereof, this petition fails to establish any wilful disobedience. It is accordingly dismissed.
