JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged an FIR of case crime No. 136 of 2010, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 272, 273 , 276, 274, 275 IPC and 33-E, 33EE of Drugs and Cosmetics Substance Act, Police Station Kotwali, district Meerut.
From a perusal of the FIR, it cannot be said that prima facie no cognizable offence is disclosed against the petitioner, hence no ground exists for quashing the FIR or staying of arrest.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
