Heard Sri M.A. Siddiqui, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pankaj Rathore holding brief of Sri D.R. Mishra for opposite parties no. 4 and 5, while Sri J.P. Maurya for opposite party no. 2. Opposite parties no. 1 and 3 are represented by the State.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 6 returnable at an early date.
On 01.09.2010 Sri D.R. Mishra was granted time to seek instruction in the matter. No instruction has been received by him.
Petitioner says that it is a minority institution where she is working as Principal through promotion vide order dated 8.6.2010. The B.S.A., Barabanki has rejected her approval vide order dated 23.6.2010.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court towards Annexure No. 12 to the writ petition, wherein one Sahajram Tiwari out going principal was also promoted on the post by the committee of management and the approval was granted by the B.S.A. and he retired working as regular principal and receiving salary from the State exchequer.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties pray for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week, thereafter.

Meanwhile, the opposite parties are directed to pay regular salary of the post of principal to the petitioner, till regularly selected candidate joins on the said post.
