The only prayer made by the petitioner in the above Writ Petition is for consideration of Ext.P3 application, filed before the Managing Director, Kerala Financial Corporation, Vellayambalam, Trivandrum, who is the 1st respondent herein. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that, the same would be considered, within a period of two months from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of recording the undertaking of the respondent.
