1. Notices were issued to appellants to engage another counsel. Perused Office Report dated 13.01.2015. Appellants- 1 & 2 refused to accept notices and appellant-3 has not been residing at given address. Further notice was also issued to sole respondent and sent by registered post A.D. Office Reports dated 07.10.2014, 13.01.2015 and 15.01.2015 shows that sole respondent died long back. Since there is no substitution on behalf of sole respondent, therefore, appeal even otherwise has abated against respondent.
2. Dismissed accordingly.
