Report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri dated 22.2.2019 is on record in compliance of Court's order dated 18.1.2019 indicating that the sole appellant-Pyarey Lal had expired 15 years ago on account of ailment and in this regard, an enquiry was conducted with respect to the death of the appellant-Pyarey Lal as per circular of this Court. Hence on account of death of above mentioned sole appellant, the appeal has lost its efficacy.
Accordingly, the appeal on behalf of the appellant-Pyarey Lal stands abated.
