Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 3, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jaunpur to consider the grievance of the petitioner and decide the application dated 20.4.2021 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition) within a stipulated time.
It is submitted that an application for demarcation of the boundary has been filed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Attention was drawn to Annexure-3 that an application has already been filed before the authority concerned. However, I find that there is no receiving on the said application.
The petitioner is, therefore, at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings by moving appropriate application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In the event it is filed, the same shall be considered and decided as expeditiously as possible.
This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
