JUDGMENT / ORDER

This matter is that of the year 1997. Both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners have filed sick note. The Court is of the view that sick note is not applicable to the Special Civil Application as per High Court Rules. However, one more opportunity is required to be granted to the counsel representing the petitioners. Hence, it is ordered to be kept on 23.09.2013 with specific observation that Court in the event of non-representation from the petitioners would be constrained to dismiss the matter for default irrespective of leave note or sick note on 23.09.2013.
