On the representation of the petitioner the District Magistrate after due verification and enquiry passed an order on 11.08.2018 directing the Block Development Officer (B.D.O.) to ensure construction of an alternative Nala (Drain) for the outflow of the water.
The petitioner by means of this writ petition wants that suitable directions be issued to the B.D.O. to implement the above order of the District Magistrate.
The B.D.O. is subordinate to the District Magistrate and it is for the District Magistrate to ensure that his orders or directions to his subordinate authorities are duly followed.
In view of above, we do not find any necessity on our part to issue any direction to the B.D.O. rather it is the job of the District Magistrate to take necessary action in the matter.
The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
