1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that due to inadvertence in the order dated 20.06.2012, the following order has been passed :

decision of this Court dated 30.01.1996 passed in Special Civil Application No. 3607 of 1982 shall be implemented"
2. He submitted that instead of the above, the following may be mentioned : "......... decision of this court dated 28.02.2012 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No. 1754/2011 in Misc. Civil Application No. 17/2011 in Special Civil Application No. 8647/2008 with Letters Patent Appeal No. 88/2012 in Misc. Civil Application No. 129/2011 in Special Civil Application No. 8751/2008.
3. The request of the learned counsel for the appellant is accepted and the said order is modified accordingly.
4. Registry is directed to carry out the correction. Speaking to minutes is disposed of, accordingly.
