This writ petition is filed, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action under Section 82 and 83 of the registration Act and as per Circular letter No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 for the illegal unilateral registration of sale deed and settlement deed bearing document No.1531 of 2005, 1484 of 2006, 1830 of 2010 to 1832 of 2010 by considering the representation dated 02.11.2016.

3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.According to the petitioner, with regard to the cancellation of fraudulent transfer made in respect of his property, he submitted a representation dated 02.11.2016 to the respondents. Because of non consideration of the representations by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.
5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
6.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 02.11.2016 in the light of the present letter No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner as well to all the interested parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of the four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
