JUDGMENT / ORDER

Read the order dated 05.06.2014. The third defendant who has been appointed as the party receiver shall deposit the 10 Artefacts in Locker No. 41 (Key No. 16) of the State Bank of Travancore, Pulamanthole Branch.
2. The court below shall forthwith depute an Advocate Commissioner under whose supervision will the 10 Artefacts be deposited with the bank with notice to all parties in the suit. The Manager of the bank shall not permit the parties to take out the 10 Artefacts without specific orders from the Court below.
No further directions are warranted and the Original Petition is disposed of.
