JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is concerned with the pendency of Ext.P2 application before the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Thrissur filed under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (Central Act IV of 1936). If service is completed in the said application, there is no reason why the same should be kept pending. If notice has been served on the respondent/management and they fail to appear then the proceedings are to be concluded ex parte. 2.In such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the adjudication of Ext.P2 within a period of 'four months' from today.
The writ petition is disposed of.
