JUDGMENT / ORDER

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent, pertaining to the order made in A.R.C. No.39 of 2002 dated 01.07.2002, A.R.C. No.38 of 2002 dated 08.07.2002, A.R.C. No.41 of 2002 dated 01.07.2002, A.R.C. No.43 of 2002 dated 01.07.2002, A.R.C. No.19 of 2001 dated 18.02.2002, A.R.C. No.9 of 2002 dated 18.06.2002 and A.R.C. No.10 of 2002 dated 17.06.2002 respectively and as confirmed in Appeal by the third respondent and communicated in letter Nos. 6086, 6093, 6087, 6090, 6088, 6089&6096/G/04-1 respectively dated 15.04.2004 and quash the same and direct the third respondent to hear the Appeal on merits, after giving opportunity to the petitioners to put forth their cases.

No.39 of 2002 dated 01.07.2002, A.R.C. No.38 of 2002 dated 08.07.2002, A.R.C. No.41 of 2002 dated 01.07.2002, A.R.C. No.43 of 2002 dated 01.07.2002, A.R.C. No.19 of 2001 dated 18.02.2002, A.R.C. No.9 of 2002 dated 18.06.2002 and A.R.C. No.10 of 2002 dated 17.06.2002 respectively and as confirmed in Appeal by the third respondent and communicated in letter Nos.6086, 6093, 6087, 6090, 6088, 6089&6096/G/04-1 respectively dated 15.04.2004 and quash the same and direct the third respondent to hear the Appeal on merits, after giving opportunity to the petitioners to put forth their cases.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Balachandar, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer in the writ petitions have become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
