This writ petition is filed by a Pastor who is brought to the church in question by transfer in the place of earlier Pastor. Litigation is pending pertaining to residential quarters and also position as Pastor in a particular church. According to petitioner, he is not allowed to render his services as Pastor in the new place where he is transferred to.
When the subject matter of other litigation is transfer of earlier Pastor from the place, we fail to understand how the present petitioner could discharge his services under the guise of police protection. Unless and until finality is attained so far as transfer of earlier Pastor to which post the present petitioner is brought in, we are of the opinion, by giving police protection, the issues will become more complicated than what exists now. Therefore, Writ Petition is dismissed without granting any reliefs.
