This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the third respondent to place the Petitioner in the attendance register as per her seniority calculating the Petitioner's service from 16.7.1997.
2.Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The case of the petitioner is that the Petitioner joined the service as B.T.Assistant on 17.09.1993 in Gandhi Niketan Higher Secondary School,T.Kallupatti, Madurai and thereafter promoted to the post of Graduate Assistant on 16.7.1997. Now the Petitioner is working in Government Higher Secondary School, Thirumangalam, Madurai District. While so the third respondent has placed the Petitioner's name below her juniors in the attendance register. In this regard the Petitioner has submitted a representation to the third respondent on 1.9.2017 and since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.
4. The counsel for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereon.
5. In view of the submission, the respondents concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 1.9.2017 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready, preferably on or before 6.4.2017, if there is no legal impediment to do so.
