JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.]
1. By virtue of this petition, the petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue, seeks production of the detenue, i.e.,Ramya.
2. Though it is not stated in the petition, upon interaction with the petitioner, we are told that the detenue has eloped with one Sivaraman, bus conductor. 2.1. The petitioner says that even if the detenue is produced, he will not take her back in the matrimonial home.
3. In these circumstances, no purpose will be served in proceeding further with the petition. The petitioner, will, however, have liberty to take recourse to an appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
4. The captioend petition is, accorcdingly, closed.
