Petitioners have approached this Court seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to receive the application from the petitioners for the grant of quarrying permit. 2. By virtue of an interim order dated 21.03.2014, this Court directed the 1st respondent to receive the application submitted by the petitioners.
3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that only the 1st petitioner had submitted an application on 17.05.2014.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The 1st respondent shall consider the application submitted by the 1st petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, in accordance with the procedure prescribed.
