JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner's only prayer is for an instalment to satisfy the demand made as per Exhibit P2. 2. Considering the request, the petitioner is granted six monthly instalments to satisfy the demand made as per Exhibit P2 and the 1st instalment shall start on the 15th of June, 2014 and the balance instalments shall be paid on the 15th of every succeeding month. On the 6th instalment being satisfied, if any interest is due, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner and that shall be satisfied by him on or before 15th of the succeeding month.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
