JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that after investigation, FIR has been registered in Crime No.1471 of 2016, against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 387 and 506(ii) IPC., He further submitted that seven previous cases are pending against the present petitioner and the petitioner is a wanted accused by the respondent police.
5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
