1. Smt.Bharathi W/o Puttavenkategowda, Aged about 28 years, 2. Abhi S/o Puttavenkategowda, Aged about 8 years, Next friend and guardian to the 1st respondent Both are R/o. Moogegowdanadoddi, Lingapatna Hamlet, Malavalli Taluk, Mandya District – 571 605. ...Respondents This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the order dated 02.07.2010 passed by the Court of the Additional Civil Judge (JD) at Channapatna in Criminal Misc.No.42/2004, and also set aside the order dated 28.03.2012 passed in Crl.Rev.Petn.No.29/2010 on the file of Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Ramanagar thereby allow the Criminal Revision Petition No.29/2010 filed by petitioner and etc.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Admission this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Petitioner is aggrieved by the orders passed by the Court below on the application filed by the respondents under Section 125(1) of Cr.P.C. Considering the grounds made out by the respondents, the trial Court has directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.500/- per month towards maintenance of respondent No.1 till her life time and a sum of Rs.500/- per month towards maintenance of respondent No.2 till her marriage.
2. Considering the materials relied on by the Court below, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the above petition, I.A.No.1/2014 does not survive for consideration and the same stands rejected.
