O R D E R The petitioner has challenged the order dated 25.08.2014 passed by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ramanagara on I.As. filed under Order XVI Rules 1 and 2 of CPC and Section 151 of CPC in MVC No.112/2005 c/w MVC Nos.91/2009 and 113/2005.
2. The main petitions, which were filed before Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ramanagar itself had been disposed of on 04.02.2016, this writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
