Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

The grievance raised in this petition is that despite an order having been passed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, demarcation on the spot is not being carried out.

Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions received telephonically from the Sub-Divisional Officer concerned has stated that demarcation on the spot shall be effected within two weeks from today.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of finally in terms of the aforesaid statement made by learned Standing Counsel.
