Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.408/2014 of Hosdurg Police Station, Kasaragod District. The offences alleged against them are punishable under Secs.341, 447, 506(ii), 326 and 354 r/w 34 of IPC. De facto complainant and her husband are respondents 4 and 3 respectively. They are represented in this Court by their counsel. Affidavits have been filed by them stating that the entire matter has been settled and that they do not intend to proceed further in the matter.
In the light of the settlement so arrived at this Crl.M.C. is allowed. Further proceedings against these petitioners in Crime No.408/2014 of Hosdurg Police Station, Kasaragod District is quashed.
