JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks early consideration of an application for temporary injunction in a suit for permanent prohibitory injunction. The petitioner apprehends dispossession and also assignment of her land on registry pending application for injunction. 2. I direct the court of the Munsiff of Payyannur to dispose of I.A.No.1683/2013 in O.S.No.187/2013 expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to hear the said application on 12.6.2014 and pass final orders thereon before 30.6.2014 in the circumstances.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
