JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag. C.J. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice need be issued to respondents 1 to 3 in view of the order which is being passed.
2. By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents 4 to 7 to afford adequate police protection to the petitioner and his property situated in R.S. No. 13/4. The petitioner's case in the writ petition is that in O.S. N. 473/2009, permanent injunction has already granted on 27.9.2012 in favour of the petitioner, which judgment was not appealed. Allegation has been made that obstruction was created when the petitioner was reconstructing a portion of the compound wall. Exts. P3 and P5 complaints dated 29.9.2014 and 16.10.2014 have been filed before the Sub Inspector of Police and the Dy. Superintendent of Police respectively.
3. Since the petitioner has already submitted a complaint before the 4th respondent, we are of the view that W.P(C) No. 28196 of 2014 -: 2 :-
the complaint be looked into by the 4th respondent and appropriate action shall be taken after due enquiry.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
