The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that she is not being paid her arrears of salary from 8.1.2018 to 9.3.2018 which include the childcare leave of the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has already submitted representation dated 2.9.2019 before the Director of Secondary Education, U.P., i.e., respondent No. 2.
It is stated in the petition that no decision has yet been taken by the Director of Secondary Education, U.P. on the aforesaid representation submitted by the petitioner.
The Director of Secondary Education, U.P., i.e., respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the representation dated 2.9.2019 filed by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law including disbursal of salary, if required, within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is served on him.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
