This Court (Coram :K.M.Thaker,J) on 3.12.2012 while admitting the matter, in paragraph no.8 has observed thus:

8. While clarifying that the Court is not at all inclined to stay the proceedings before the learned trial Court, the directions contained in last paragraphs of the order dated 30.11.2012, is directed to continue until the next date of hearing, i.e. 5.12.2012.

It is once again clarified that the proceedings/trial is not stayed .

Therefore the directions contained in last paragraph of the order dated 30.11.2012 is directed to continue until the next date of hearing i.e. 10.12.2012. S.O. to 10.12.2012.
