Present petition has been filed for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 27.08.2021 registered as Crime No. 0466 of 2021 under Sections 328, 376, 342, 307, 223 I.P.C. at Police Station South, District Firozabad.
Present petition is being shown as a passed over case in the list of fresh cases and on perusal we also find that on the earlier several occasions, the case was passed over and no one came forward to argue the matter.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
