Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2018.
Heard learned counsel for the revisionist as well as learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 2.11.2018 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the revisionist is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of revision during the course of the day.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 2.11.2018 is corrected as under:-
"In 6th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 2.11.2018 after the parties name sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Section 4 D.P.Act are substituted and the same shall be read as such."
Accordingly, the correction application stands disposed off.
