Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to direct the Tehsildar, Tehsil Ghosi and District Mau to decide the Case No.T201815510203497 (Pushpendra Varma Vs. Thakurji and Shaulesh), under Section 34 of U.P. Rajaswa Sanhita, 2006 expeditiously preferable within four months."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner in the year 2018 has not been decided till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1, Tehsildar, Tehsil Ghosi and District Mau to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
