Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.8.2019, Sri Raghvendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 has produced instruction dated 20.8.2019, which is taken on record.
He submitted that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court dated 10.5.2019 passed in Writ-A No. 5981 of 2019 (Suraj Kumar Tripathi Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) and this writ petition may also be allowed on the same terms and conditions.
Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 10.5.2019 passed in Writ-A No. 5981 of 2019.
