This writ petition has been filed for a direction that the application filed under Order 39 Rule 2A of the C.P.C. for the violation of the injunction order dated 3.10.2008 be decided expeditiously.
Under such circumstances, the Court below shall make an endeavour to decide the application filed under Order 39 Rule 2A of the C.P.C. registered as Misc. Case No. 56 of 2018 within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
