Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the concerned police station and one section have been rectified at the stage of lower court in the concerned bail rejection order passed by the court below.
Accordingly, learned counsel for the applicants is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of bail application during course of the day.
The correction application is allowed.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicants, following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 18.5.2018 :-
"In the second and third lines of the fifth paragraph of the order dated 18.5.2018, in place of Section 368, it shall be read as 468 and in place of Police Station Kotwali, it shall be read as Dannahar.
Accordingly, the order dated 18.5.2018 stands corrected.
