Petitioner seeks appointment of an arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent arising out of a distribution agreement dated 31st January 2005. Existence of arbitration clause in the agreement and the fact that an Arbitrator is required to be appointed is not disputed by the respondent. In that view of the matter, without giving elaborate reasons, I request Shri P.J.Dholakia, retired District Judge, to act as Sole Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties arising out of the above mentioned agreement. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
