JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri Rajesh K.Savjani, learned advocate for the petitioners states at the bar that the notice issued by this Court under order dated 16/07/2012 upon respondent nos.1 and 2 has not been received back. In case, if the Court inclines to issue fresh notice qua these two respondents, his clients would arrange to serve them directly.
Accordingly, let there be a fresh notice qua respondent nos.1 and 2, returnable on 17/09/2012.
Direct service is permitted.
