Heard Sri Ram Janam, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under article 226 of the constitution, the petitioner has come up to challenge the demand notice dated 11.10.2019 and 1.11.2019 issued by the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Kachhla, District Budaun.
In our considered opinion, a mere demand notice does not raise any cause of action to maintain the writ petition at this stage. It is always open for the petitioner to move before the competent authority by filing objection against the demand notice.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed and consigned to record.
