THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The only prayer sought for in these petitions is to quash order dated 30.07.2018 passed in Spl.CC.No.505/2016 and to issue a writ of mandamus directing trial Court to recall NBW issued against petitioners.
2. Sri Santosh S.Gogi, learned Counsel appearing for impleading applicant in IA.No.1/2019 submits that warrant issued by the trial Court on 30.07.2018 has been recalled on 29.11.2018 i.e., subsequent to order of stay granted by this Court. His submission is placed on record.
3. This fact is not seriously disputed by Sri Nataraj Ballal A., learned Counsel appearing for petitioners.
In light of aforesaid facts, prayer made in writ petitions has become infructuous and accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of by placing the submission of learned Advocates on record.
In view of disposal of petitions, IA.No.1/2019 for stay stands consigned to record.
