Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused the material on record.
It is submitted that there are cross cases/versions. In the cross case in which the petitioner's son is an accused charge-sheet has already been filed under Case Crime No.428 of 2009, under Sections 308, 504, 506 I.P.C. It is emphasized that in respect of an F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner under Case Crime No.1138-A of 2009, under Sections 452, 308, 504, 506 I.P.C. at the same police station i.e. P.S. Barasagwar, District Unnao wherein there is one injured person also but no charge-sheet has been filed till 19.01.2010 as shown in the questionnaire (Annexure-6).
Learned A.G.A. has nothing to say substantial against it.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and to ensure substantial justice this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the opposite parties to conclude the investigation at the earliest and to file police report in accordance with law.
With these observations this petition is finally disposed of.
