The sole grievance of the petitioners is that the Motor Accident Claim Petition being Case No. 58 of 2019, (Pushpa Devi and Others vs. Surendra and Others) was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case No. 58 of 2019, (Pushpa Devi and Others vs. Surendra and Others) be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioners' counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
