ORDER 1. Plaintiff in O.S.No.85/2013 on the file of the Civil Judge & JMFC, Moodbidri, has come up in these writ petitions impugning the order dated 08.10.2013 passed on IA No.2, which was confirmed in appeal in M.A.No.12/2013 on 15.04.2015 by the Senior Civil Judge & ACJM, Karkala.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the original proceedings in O.S.No.85/2013 is looked into in the website of Dakshina Kannada District Court. It is seen that O.S.No.85/2013 has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 20.08.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions as the same have become infructuous. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
