Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The applicant has approached this Court for expediting the hearing of the Criminal Case No.1890 of 2017 (Smt. Pushpa Mishra Versus Vikrant and others), under Section 323, 504, 506, 379 I.P.C, Police Station Buxa, District Jaunpur pending before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Jaunpur.
It has been alleged that the Court below is not securing presence of all the accused persons and therefore, the trial is not proceeding to its logical conclusion.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Trial Court is directed to secure the presence of the accused persons and conduct the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
Application stands disposed of, as above.
