Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is a fair price shop holder and due to some complaint, the impugned show cause notice dated 30.1.2018 has been issued by the District Supply Officer, Kanpur Dehat asking his explanation.
The petitioner has remedy to submit his explanation before the concerned authority.
The writ petition is totally misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
